How do I return an item?

Please contact us by email with your order number to initiate a return.

We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the item. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handing charged that we incurred to ship your order may be deducted from your refund as we cannot recoup these costs from FEDEX/USPS.
Return Guidelines:
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of Return Authorization Number (RAN) being issued
  • Item(s) must be received in new and unused condition, including the original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
  • Returns received with missing items or without original packaging will NOT be credited
  • Item(s) must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package
  • Item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package
  • Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return
  • The Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be written clearly on the outside of the box

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
