Uses: Each set features an all-purpose chef knife for cutting, chopping, and slicing food. The cleaver is perfect for chopping tough meats and separating meat from bone. Each set has a multipurpose shears that can also butterfly poultry. The paring knife is the perfect size to peel, cut, core, or slice fruits and vegetables. The peelers are tough, but lightweight and great for easy peeling. Our butcher set comes with a large bamboo cutting board with plenty of room for chopping large portions of meat.
Care Instructions: Wash and dry chef knife and cleaver by hand and occasionally sharpen. Shears, peeler, and paring knives are dishwasher safe. Clean your cutting board thoroughly and disinfect after use, then apply food-safe mineral oil once completely dry.
