Materials:
- Wreath Frame: Metal or Foam
- 2 Skeins of JubileeYarn Fun Finger Loops Yarn (We used Fun Finger Sparkle Loops Yarn in Orange Peel)
- Scissors

Steps:
1. Cut a few loops to create a tail and tie the end of the loop yarn securely to the wreath frame. If desired, you can add a dab of hot glue to keep everything in place.
